Secretary Wednesday
I styled this plain black secretary dress two complementary yet contrasting belts. Both belts have floral/paisley-type patterns, have circular bases to their design and matching red hues. I layered the belts asymmetrically but kept three rings clustered together in the front. Overall a low budget look that I love!! The heels I've had forever and the dress I bought from Express on employee discount. Sirens clothing and accessories are always cheap, and the Guess belt was a steal at Buffalo Exchange.
