Today I'm featuring my mom's great style. After trying on plenty of dresses searching for the one she'd wear at my sister's wedding in June, this Nanette Lepore number looked phenomenal on her. But at almost $500 in store, it was outside of our range. My mom being the excellent seamstress that she is, found this great silk-like fabric for $40, crafted a pattern herself, and in a couple of days- Voila! A knock-out knock-off.
