working the silhouette here- it's all about height and contrast. the green shift top peeks out from under black lace.
all i wanted to do this morning was sit in my pj's on the sunny deck... but alas, work calls. a comfortable graffitti-print t-shirt would be too casual on it's own, but with a sleek pencil skirt (self-made) and leather details (thrif finds) it becomes crisp and professional.
I was feeling very mod and quirky today. the sides of these wedge sandals from payless have green and white stripes that echo the top. and i couldn't resist adding a playful accessory: my "bling" strawberry!
Today it was from the office and on to dinner and drinks. I am in love with yellow and the ruffles feel so care-free and girly-chic. the skirt is self-made from an old 50's pattern of my nan's.
